• Eligibility: Jewellery can be returned for a refund or credit within 10 days of purchase. To initiate a return, you must present the original sales receipt, packaging, and any certificates supplied. The item must be unworn, and in original, unused condition. Items which have been worn will not be eligible for a refund.

• Exclusions: Custom-made jewellery, special orders, and altered items are not eligible for refund.

• Shipping, Courier, and Insurance will be the responsibility of the client and will be at the client's expense.

 

An admin fee of 5% may be levied to cover expenses.
